The 6 Stages

Reserve Your Car
We place your chosen vehicle on a free 48-hour hold. You receive the first payment request to Be Forward Japan in USD via wire transfer.
First Payment Confirmation
Be Forward Japan confirms your payment within 24–72 hours. You receive your C.A.P. link with shipping schedule and ETA.
Second Payment To BFAW
Before arrival, pay invoerecht and handling fees to Be Forward Aruba to prepare for smooth customs clearance.
DHL Documents
Original documents are sent from Be Forward Japan via DHL. We notify you when they are ready for pickup.

- South Korea / Singapore: typically 90–120 days.
Vehicle Pickup
Pickup at the Aruba Port Authority parking lot. Our team will be there to hand over the vehicle and documents.
Shipping Journey
Your vehicle moves from Asia to Aruba through a real import process with reservation, export, vessel tracking, document handling, customs, and final pickup.
Origin
Vehicles may depart from Japan, South Korea, or Singapore depending on location and availability.
Tracking
Your portal may show CAP, vessel, and DHL tracking updates during the journey.
Arrival
After arrival, customs and document steps are completed before pickup in Aruba.
